Classercise Fitness is a fun and engaging fitness program designed specifically for kindergarten through 6th grade students. The program includes 24 colorful and easy-to-follow posters, each featuring two age-appropriate exercises: one cardio or muscular endurance movement for 30 seconds and one stretch for 20 seconds. 

The posters are organized into eight rotating circuit stations that can be set up in any classroom, gym, or activity space– making physical activity simple, structured, and exciting for students. With separate sets tailored for K–1st, 2nd–3rd, and 4th–6th graders, Classercise fitness promotes healthy habits, coordination, and strength through movements kids enjoy.
